1. When will we receive the fully edited wedding photos and videos?
Photos: Delivered within 60 working days after the event.
Videos: Highlight video: 60–90 working days
This timeline allows our team to perform colour grading, sequencing, and final quality checks.

2. Do you provide outstation or overseas coverage for photography and videography?
Yes. We offer wedding photography services across Malaysia and internationally.
A travel surcharge applies for locations outside Klang Valley.

Our team can assist with logistics such as accommodation, transport, and scheduling for any outstation or overseas assignment.

3. Do we need to provide meals for the photographers and videographers?
Yes. For full-day coverage (6 hours and above), we request standard crew meals.
This ensures the photographer(s) can maintain performance throughout the event.

4. Do you provide RAW photos or unedited video footages?
No, we do not release RAW photos or unedited video files. All files are delivered in polished, ready-to-view formats.

5. How many photographers/videographers will be assigned for my wedding?
This depends on the package selected and event scale.

Common setups include:

• 1 photographer for intimate weddings

• 2 photographers for full-day or multi-location coverage

• 2 videographers for cinematic storytelling and multiple angles

6. How will the final files be delivered?
