About the Role
Requirements
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals across a wide range of creative services — including event support, AVL solutions (Audio, Visual, Lighting), photobooth activations, videography, visual production, brand storytelling, and more. You will collaborate closely with the production team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and elevate brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities in creative content, brand activations, events, and visual production
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client objectives and propose tailored solutions from our service portfolio
Prepare compelling presentations, customized proposals, and accurate quotations
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and successful project execution
Represent the company professionally in all client meetings, pitches, and activations
Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese is a must)
Must have own transport
1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in creative, advertising, media, or marketing-related industries
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple leads
Location:
Based in Kuala Lumpur (travel to client offices as required)
