We are seeking a creative and innovative Multimedia & Event Executive to join our dynamic team at QK Productions. In this role, you will work closely with our founder and team leads to plan, produce, and manage multimedia content for various events, with a special focus on photobooth engagements.
You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of all multimedia and photobooth elements while developing innovative ideas to enhance photobooth engagement experiences using AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning: Collaborate with team leads, and clients to understand event objectives, focusing on multimedia content and photobooth needs.
Content Production: Create and manage multimedia content (videos, graphics, etc.) and assist in setting up photobooth experiences.
Technical Setup: Handle the setup and teardown of photobooths during events.
On-Site Management: Manage photobooth activities during events, providing real-time support to ensure smooth operation.
Innovation: Continuously develop new ideas to enhance photobooth engagement experiences with AI technologies.
Post-Event Review: Evaluate the success of multimedia and photobooth elements, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Experience in multimedia production (video editing, graphic design, audio) and event coordination.
Proficiency in multimedia software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, etc.).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and innovate new engagement ideas, particularly using AI technologies.
Language proficiency: Able to communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese.
